📰 My Top Three Newsletters from 2023!

Happy Monday!

Here is an Idea, an Action, and a Question to consider this week.

Idea

I’ve been writing The Weekly Roar for almost one year now! It’s been a great experience. I was curious: What newsletters did you open the most? What message resonated? So, I did some digging.

Here are the three newsletters you found most interesting in 2023:

  1. 💰 How I Earned Over 1 Million Dollars in my First Year as an Agent: “I’m not going to pretend that it was easy. And I’m not going to pretend that I have the perfect roadmap, and if you just follow it, you, too, will earn millions. But I do have strategies that work across the board. And here’s three that work.”

  2. 🚫 Some People Don't Want You to Change: “Perhaps the most uncomfortable part of self-improvement is how your relationships can start to change, sometimes in a negative way. In extreme cases, your mindset shift may force some people out of your life completely. If so, it’s a hurdle that you’ll need to overcome.”

  3. 📊 The Financial Statement You NEED to Know About: “The T-12 is like a crystal ball that lets you see the property's income potential, cash flow, and overall financial well-being. It's a game changer for making smart decisions about buying, selling, or financing the property.”

Action

Complete one of the action items from one of the newsletters above:

  1. From the How I Earned newsletter: Look above. Choose which strategy (mindset shift, temporary unbalance, or problem-solving) is lacking most in your business. Attack it! Dive in! Fix the problem holding you back from earning the millions you could be earning.

  2. From the Some People newsletter: If you’re dealing with friction from others about your desire to improve or grow, write this down in a place you can see on the daily: “The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.” –Chinese Proverb

  3. From the Financial Statement newsletter: A T-12 is really just a fancy way that we refer to our profit and loss statement (P&L) in real estate. Create a T-12 for your business, whether that’s in real estate or otherwise. If you don’t have a business, create a T-12 for your personal life. Analyze it. Dig for meaning and improvements!
