Over the past 5 years, my team and I have grown our portfolios to over 700 units and $55M in assets under management (AUM). We partner with those looking to passively invest in real estate for strong returns and low risk. These projects are completely passive, vary in length, and offer quarterly returns.
When it comes to investing, I have experience in owning and operating short & long term rentals, commercial multifamily complexes, mobile home/RV parks, and luxury flips.
