Hi, I’m Matt Gardner
I’m a former fighter pilot and officer in the US Air Force. I was an instructor in the F-15E and was selected for the Air Force’s first Fighter Weapons School (i.e. Top Gun Program) for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter when I was diagnosed with cancer.
During my battle with cancer, I fully immersed myself in all-things real estate. I jumped into the industry and personally sold over $50M in real estate in my first full year as a full-time agent. I also successfully grew Team Roar, my international team of over 100 real estate agents. My fighter pilot mindset has helped me to grow a large portfolio of real estate investments, including RV and mobile home parks, multi-family apartment complexes, luxury rentals, flips, and more.
At home, I’m a father and a husband. I have four beautiful, talented, kind children: Myla, Ainsley, Juliet, and Ezra. And I’m married to the love of my life, Jeane. The relationships I have with my family and friends are my top priority.

RV Resort Development
Currently running our due diligence process on a possible RV Resort development in Mississippi. Looking forward to seeing that one come to fruition!
Short-Term Rental
Prepping our newest Short Term Rental acquisition (5 bedroom beach house in the Florida Panhandle) for the upcoming high season!
Live-In RV Park
Repositioning our mobile home park to be more of a live-in RV park, and preparing for a planned cash out refinance in the next 12-18 months. We just have to hit our planned NOI—and we seem to be on track!
